I like the line quality and the vivid use of cool and neutral colors with the splash of warm. It makes for a very interesting composition.

The NOOOO in the corner is really more distracting than useful. A suggestion=try using a comic bubble that is white. THAT may give you the effect you want!!

Other than that. . .I love the hands coming from the left, ne? :D
